
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Regular Guests (booked for one or more sessions per week)
Cancellations must be given at least one month in advance to avoid disruption to your regular schedule and for invoicing purposes.
For holidays, please notify us as soon as dates are confirmed. While we do not expect holidays longer than two weeks, giving more than a month’s notice is appreciated to help with scheduling. You may take up to two breaks per year without affecting your regular guest rate.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations outside of these agreed holiday breaks.

Occasional Guests (One-Off Bookings)
Cancellations with more than 4 weeks’ notice: 75% refund.
Cancellations between 1 and 4 weeks’ notice: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 1 week before the session: full charge applies. -
Breakfast Option
Morning Adventure and Day at the Den sessions include a home-cooked breakfast.
Clients may choose to opt out of the breakfast at the time of booking. The cost of breakfast will be deducted from the session fee (e.g., £1.50). This is non-refundable after the booking has been made.

Rescheduling
For occasional guests, session rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
For regular guests, please provide at least one month’s notice for changes to recurring sessions.

Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Luna’s Doggie Den. -
Luna's Doggie Den Holiday Closures

Luna's Doggie Den will be closed for approximately two weeks in the summer and one week at Christmas each year. Exact dates will be shown as unavailable on the online booking calendar.

Regular clients will have their invoices adjusted for these closures. Sessions cannot be provided during these periods.
