About Us
Hi, I’m Tracey, and Luna’s Doggie Den is the dream inspired by my furry bestie, Luna.
Luna is a spirited Labradoodle who came into my life three years ago, thanks to a chance conversation with a friend and everything changed. Her joy, loyalty, and boundless energy on our daily countryside walks reminded me what really matters: canine companionship, nature, and connection.
After a year of long commutes and too many missed adventures, I reduced my office hours to focus on the things I love most dogs, walking, the outdoors, and a warm home-cooked meal each and every day.
Luna’s Doggie Den is a cosy, home-based daycare nestled just minutes from the fields and woodlands of Riddlesdown Common and our local park, Sanderstead Rec. Whether your dog is with us for the morning or the whole day, they’ll enjoy a peaceful routine of walks, rest, supervised play, and cuddles. All guests have the option to enjoy a healthy home-made meal made with natural ingredients and served warm, just like Luna likes it.
I’m trained in dog walking and canine first aid, have completed the Level 3 Daycare and Boarding course with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT), and am a proud member of the Modern Dog Walkers Association (MDWA).
I’m working hard behind the scenes to complete every daycare licensing requirement and hope to be fully licensed and ready to welcome our first official guests in early 2026.
If you’d like to arrange a meet and greet ahead of our launch so your dog is ready to join us when we open please do get in touch.

Why Choose Us?
What sets Luna’s Doggie Den apart in South Croydon?
Our unique location, my passion for dogs, walking, and cooking and Luna’s inspiring story.
For Luna, our beloved five-year-old Labradoodle, the Den isn’t her first home or even her second but one thing is certain: it’s her forever home.
She came to us just before her second birthday a whirlwind of energy and excitement. With love, structure, and consistency, she blossomed into the calm, gentle doodle she is today. Some of you may even recognise her from our regular commutes into London, where she became a much-loved office dog, winning hearts with her affectionate nature and relaxed temperament. She even appeared in an interior design magazine last Christmas chosen to feature with my boss simply because she was so calm and well-behaved.
More recently, Luna was approved as a Pets As Therapy (PAT) dog something I’m incredibly proud of. Her gentle, reassuring nature now brings regular joy to residents at a local care home, a reflection of the calm and loving environment that helped her thrive.
At Luna’s Doggie Den, we offer that same nurturing approach: calm, consistent care in a relaxed home setting helping every dog feel secure and shine in their own way.
We keep our numbers small so each dog gets the attention and care they deserve and so you can build a trusting relationship with us too.
With the right mix of routine, companionship, exercise, and stimulation, our Morning Enrichment Session gives your dog everything they need to thrive, while being kinder on your wallet than a full day of care.
For pups who’d benefit from extra company and calm companionship, we’re currently offering our Afternoon Chill Extension to give a full-day experience combining morning adventures with an afternoon of peaceful rest and gentle care. Availability is limited as we continue to shape our routine, so early booking is recommended.
Not sure if Luna’s Doggie Den is right for your dog? Get in touch to arrange a Meet & Greet with you, your pup, myself, and Luna.
